DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nThe ERS International Congress will take place at MiCo 
 in Milan\, Italy and online from 9 – 13 September 2023.  On Saturday 9 
 September\, we will be hosting the Patient organisation networking day —
  registration for this event is free. However\, to attend the whole Congre
 ss\, the current rate for patients and patient representatives is €110 t
 o attend in person and €50 to attend online.\n\nYou must complete this f
 orm to get this reduced rate or the free registration to the Patient organ
 isation networking day.\n\nWe strongly recommend that you read our guide
