In recent weeks, the Association for Undiagnosed and Rare Diseases Hessen e. V. (FUSE) founded by TOF Wagner and others has also become increasingly involved at the national level. The association was founded in 2023 to promote research projects on rare diseases with a focus on the federal state of Hesse (Land Hessen) in Germany. The first membersโ meeting was successfully held on 29 May, at which the ‘Just Move It’ project was also presented. ‘Just Move It’ is a project co-funded by FUSE that aims to introduce adolescents and young adults with haemophilia (bleeding disorder) to low-injury sport. With the help of group activities, it also aims to promote exchange between those affected.
