The Re-Evaluation Process, following the 5-Year-Evaluation has started and applies to those HCPs who had to hand in Improvement Plans (IPs) because of the evaluation process, which was conducted at the end of 2022 and during 2023. The independent evaluation body announced that a re-evaluation will be conducted. The timeline is depicted below:
- Self-evaluation (HCPs): Start date 2nd December – End Date 12th January
- Acknowledgement (ERN Coordinators): 19th January
- Interviews and audits: 3rd February – 28th February
The re-evaluation will only be carried out for those core Measurable Elements (MEs), which were not scored high enough, and the purpose is to check whether the IPs have been implemented. The process will run through the same platform https://www.ern-assessment.com/login.asp.
