The second Strategy Working Group meeting was held in November, and was focussed on the current activities, but more importantly, the future of ERN-LUNG. The transition of some Working packages to Bicetre (Paris) has been initiated. It was also decided that the ultimate goal of ERN-LUNG, Cross-border Care, should get more attention. CPMS is part of this, but the actual transfer of patients (or of biosamples) is an issue which should be re-organised. JARDIN (the integration of the ERNs into the national health systems) was another dicussed topic. The next Strategy WG meeting should take place next spring.
