The tenth workshop in Strasbourg, co-organized by the European Commission and EU countries, brought together over 300 participants, both in-person and online. The event, held in collaboration with French colleagues, aimed to raise awareness about cross-border healthcare, patients’ rights, and European Reference Networks (ERNs) for rare diseases. Attendees included policymakers, numerous patient representatives, national and local administration officials, healthcare professionals and providers, and health insurers.
